MAXI 3.0

64 CLUB ST, SINGAPORE

MAXI 3.0 is a compact F&B project located within a basement setting, presenting both spatial and atmospheric challenges due to limited natural light. The brief was to transform a constrained footprint into a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining operational efficiency.

The design focuses on clear spatial organisation, a considered lighting strategy, and material restraint to counter the absence of daylight. Through a careful balance of textures, tones, and detailing, the space is reimagined as a comfortable everyday coffee shop with a clear hospitality sensibility — supporting both customer experience and daily operations.
